36.6 Competence Centre Scotland is a relatively new organisation in the UK (set up in 2015), the parent organisation being in existence since 2011, we work with various target groups, and Educational and NGO organisations. All key staff from 36.6 CC Scotland have a highly experienced background working with various target groups and all are from a Vocational Educational/Research and Development and/or Engineering, Construction, Youth, ESOL and Pedagogical background. 36.6 CC have led and delivered a number of projects aimed to support vocational training development, apprenticeships, adults, youth and community learning programmes and the development of new and interesting training materials. Staff are experienced in the development and delivery of apprenticeship and youth training curriculum and more recently on support for apprenticeships training through research and development of integration materials of migrants into Pre-Vocational Apprenticeship programmes. We currently work with a number of community, associate partners and private partners who deliver bespoke youth training programmes, apprenticeship programmes and specific employment training programmes for those aged 16-24 and 24-60 years.
